Returns & Exchange
You may return your items for a refund within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
Tips: Products with a discount above (including) 40% OFF are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
(Accessories and individual products are not eligible for return or exchange. )
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund.

JNBYPLUS adheres to a strict no-paper policy to reduce waste, so all shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with an approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Cancel policy (if applicable):
Orders could be canceled before shipping.
If you would like to cancel the shipped orders, you would be responsible for the freight cost of returning the package.
