Expedited Shipping:
Free expedited shipping on all orders over $150. (5-8 Business days with DHL)
For U.S. orders, we currently offer two shipping options at checkout:
DHL Expedited Shipping (5–8 business days): Faster delivery, with higher duties and fees shown at checkout because we cover less of these costs.
SF Express Standard Shipping (10–15 business days): Slower delivery, with lower duties and fees shown at checkout because we cover more of these costs.
All estimated duties and processing fees will be calculated and shown at checkout. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method and see the total costs in advance. Shipping time estimates do not include any potential delays in customs clearance.
Customs Policy:
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown.
For orders shipped to the U.S.: We provide two shipping options with different duty arrangements (see above). Import duties and processing fees will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the chosen shipping method.
For all other destinations: Import duties and taxes may be fully payable by the customer upon delivery in accordance with local regulations. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier or customs office.
Please note: Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable in the case of returns or exchanges.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any items. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.
Lost Packages:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
