Returns & Exchange
- To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal by clicking on the following link: Returns Portal. You will be redirected to a page where you can input the necessary information.
- Fill in the required details, including your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation for the return.
- Once you submit the return request, our team will review it within 1-2 business days and provide further instructions via email.
Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check-out option, please create a JNBYPLUS account to request and manage the return yourself by contacting our Customer Care team at email email@example.com to help facilitate the return.
You may return your items for a refund within 7 days after your order receiving date.
Tips: Products with a discount above (include) 40% OFF are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund.
To Initiate your Return:
Please submit a request for a Return by contacting our Customer Care team at email firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with the return process. JNBYPLUS adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancel policy (if applicable):
Orders could be canceled before shipping, But once your package was shipped out, JNBYPLUS could not stop the shipping, and would not process the cancel.
If you insist the cancel but the package has already be shipped out, please ship the packages back to us after receiving. Please note that JNBYPLUS is not responsible for the returning shipping fee.
