Return Process

• To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal by clicking the following link: Returns Portal. You will be redirected to a page where you can submit your return request.
• Fill in the required details, including your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation for the return.
• Once submitted, our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide further instructions via email.

Guest Orders: If your order was placed using guest checkout, please contact our Customer Care team at info@jnby.com for assistance with your return request.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of confirmed delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking record. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are not included in shipping time estimates.

Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any customs-related charges. Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or delivery issues, the package may be considered abandoned by the carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (subject to return eligibility).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or intercepted.
