Returns & Exchange

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal by clicking on the following link: Returns Portal. You will be redirected to a page where you can input the necessary information.
• Fill in the required details, including your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation for the return.
• Once you submit the return request, our team will review it within 1-2 business days and provide further instructions via email.

Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check-out option, please create a JNBYPLUS account to request and manage the return yourself by contacting our Customer Care team at email info@jnby.com to help facilitate the return.

You may return your items for a refund within 7 days after your order receiving date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancel policy (if applicable):

Orders could be canceled before shipping, But once your package was shipped out, JNBYPLUS could not stop the shipping, and would not process the cancel.
